My name is Elva Gardea, and I am the artist and muralist at Splash Of Color 4 U! I love to paint and am also a huge animal lover. I have been married for 12 years to my best friend and love of my life, Carlos. We have two girls and lots of four-legged critters.
I consider myself so very fortunate to do two things that I am absolutely passionate about.......Painting and being a stay at home mom and wife!
My most biggest and proudest accomplishment is being a mom to my two girls. Compared to all the murals and paintings that I have painted, my two girls are my two true masterpieces!
I have always loved to draw since I was a little girl but never did anything with it career wise. I always doodled and drew things for my oldest daughter. When we decided to fix up her big girl room, we looked high and low for Hello Kitty decor. But we had no luck. We could not find any and what little we did find was outrageously overpriced. My daughter then suggested I draw some for her. That's when it all started. Friends and family started asking if I could do the same for them. I then decided that I could do something I loved, stay home with my babies and make a living! I thank my daughter for inspiring and motivating me. Without her I would have never started this little business.
I am completely dedicated in providing quality artwork at affordable prices. I can work within your budget. Special orders are also welcome. I will always try to get your item to you within 5-7 days.
